Unless you're running a stand alone aftermarket system like big stuff, there aren't any that I know of in or around the San Antonio area that can tune a stock ECU.
Corey has a 4 wheel dyno? Might have to keep them in mind.
he's at bonneville this next week but if y'all set something up there i'd like to go. plus there's a prestine blk/blk typhoon here in new braunfels i see driving on hwy 46 that i hope will show up.

i talked to corey one day out at his shop and i really didnt get all that great of vibes from him about tuning on the stock ecu. now thats not to say that he wont do it but he i think he prefers to work on other stuff. he is a little high on prices for each pull as well on the dyno, so be ready for that.Joe! Whats going on buddy.
Bruce I think he means henderson since he lives in new braunfels.
