Re: Runs badly Still here... :( Now it has new distributor, coil, wires... only thing fixed is jumping tach. I made compression test, all good numbers. Idle in closed loop is still rough with misfires... :dunno:

Re: Runs badly Ok, thanks for responses. It was actually my plan next to pull valve covers and check lashes, good point there. Truck had exactly same issues with stock setup and new O2 sensor. TT is setup'd for my vems wbO2. Afr readings are what they should be it goes straight to 14.7 (λ =1)...

Re: Runs badly Ok, some update here. First I tried it stock chip and tune. Now I purchased remanufactured ECM and put my turbotweak chip, 3bar map and 60 injectors in. Exactly same. But now I can clearly see that it's afr relative; when running open loop and lambda is somewere 0.7 to 0.8 idle...

Re: Distributerless Ignition possiblity.. (working on it) That 3.1 v6 coils and module thing would be good option if it's possible to get work with syty ecm, I may have some idea for crank trigger... but it seems that this topic is buried as hoffa ... :P

Re: Runs badly Hey good for you anryo. :tup: I'm living in middle of finland about 350km from helsinki. yesterday I checked plugs and nothing unusual there gapped 'em to 0.8mm. Maybe it's best to bury this back to garage and start to repair my '65 volkswagen, it's probably easier... :P

Re: Runs badly Thaks for responses. Engine internals are ok. I pulled distributer check'd pickup coil and turned dist better position so wires are better routed now. Timing set to 0. All stock with ignition system. Found fuel pump voltage loss about 2 volts. Made kinda hotwire system and pump...
