You could try getting all new inner and outer tie rod ends and tie rod sleeves from Moog - or maybe the PEP tie rod assemblies (Moog inner and outer tie rod ends in a custom chromoly tube). Of course we haven't exactly ruled out another cause of your alignment problems other than the tie rods.

The outer tie rod ends on both my Syclone and Typhoon were all bent. They seem to bend easily and every time they do it changes the alignment. Is the steering wheel straight after the alignment and then goes off center or can't they get it centered at all? My Typhoon would never stay aligned...

Actually, there's other excuses in there I missed - "Didn't take enough money in the deposits", and "It's hard to run a small business". I'll add them to the list.

Actually, I believe the SyTys are 1-stage clearcoat, which means there is some clear added to the base color paint and applied in one step. A two-stage clearcoat would be baseoat, then clearcoat.
