What's the best chip to get these days? I hate to ask but

I just wanted to know the latest and greatest. My Sy is somewhat stock for now although that will change as time goes on. How's the ATR chip? Yes, I looked in search and either I'm retarded or the Search function doesn't work worth Jack! Thanks, Vince

    Project "Ugly Duckling" has begun!

Well said, preservation is key for all of us. That truck looks to be in too good of shape to part. Again, be of luck, you're going to need it from time to time. I for one am having a blast getting mine back up to par......although you do have a bit more work than I. I personally will not...

    Project "Ugly Duckling" has begun!

$3500, damn that's a deal. Best of luck doing that project. My example and your shows that there are many good Sys and Tys for a steal. I'll have $11-12K in mine and have brand new paint, GS wheels and only 42K miles.

    Future SyTy values

What do we expect to happen in the next 5-10 years regarding the value of our beloved trucks? Will value steadily increase or will they level off like the GN's? I am curious about this......

    Something isn't right.............

I used amsoil 80-90 weight gear oil. I used this in my last Syclone and all was good. Regarding your post, it happens when turning both left an right.

Photoshopped it quick. What do you think?

I love the HM2 wheels, we have them in 18" on my wife's A4 (Dolphin gray.....looks sweet). The HM2's for 03 have a replaceable outer polished ring. I like them but for a Ty you're limited to 8.5 inch unless you go for 19" then you can get the deep dish. Their not cheap either!

    Something isn't right.............

my Sy seems to have some resistance in the driveline when making a modest to hard left or right turn. It's almost as if something is rubing although I can't seem to figure out what is. The rear tires also seem to not want to rotate as freely when turning. This issue is mainly felt when...

Did you install them yourself? How was it? I saw the directions of the archieves page and it didn't seem too difficult nor time consuming.

Anyone lower a Sy only 1 inch opposed to.........

I don't know if I'm totally sold on the totally straight look meaning completely level front to back. BTW, I bought the BellTech 2" lowering blocks. 1) is this a good set (part #6100) and 2) can I machine then .5 - 1"? I may just install the 2" but wanted to get some feedback. Thanks
