ok...heres what i came up with.

all Xtreme standard cab & x cab trucks with the 4.3l,zq8 option have the same box GM pn 26100339 and that blankets all years.
however,the blazer version of the Xtreme has a different box,GM pn 26100342. it is not designated as a zq8 piece. it is the same box as a standard 2 & 4 door blazers.
no ratio data given.

to be thorough,i also checked a couple 2.2l equipped Xs & they both had the 26100339-

im told the 2.2l X could be ordered without the zq8 option,but have no way to confirm that short of looking at build sheets

soo...ALL (stock) 4.3l,zq8 Xs in standard & x cab trucks...same
blazer X different.
2.2l X...no telling for sure.

I am glad everyone likes their new steering box. I just had a shipment arrive and there is only 1 left from it that is ready to go if anyone wants it.

My ZQ8 box has a part number of Box: 26078668

Thank you for the steering box, I had fun today getting up close with it.:rotf: :rotf: :rotf: So here a

I just finish installing mine you need the following Moog parts.

Idler Arm----------K 6251
Pitman Arm------K 6339

Only use Moog parts due to the fact that they are way overbuilt and you don't want to do it again.
