u cant let it get ya down! we're pretty determined to get 8.90s but it looks like MR HESS is gonna be the first to do it! good luck ed!
and yes, as soon as we get er back together, we'll be at memphis and there will be a video!

Matt,
I know its been said before but I'll say it again.....you guys NEED to have a bunch of the t shirts printed up just like the one in the pic on your site. Im thinking there are prolly a few customers for them just on here......maybe ~1k or so . I know Im in for one or three if theyre ever offered up.

Hell, Ed....why dont you have some printed up as well? My clothes consist of jeans/racing t shirts anyways (other than the one suit I use for interviews, marriage, being burried in) so I can always use more shirts.
Just be sure that when yours are printed up the cab visor is added .

yeah I considered it but i figure i shouldnt put money into shirts as it would conflict with the racing funds.

maybe we can keep it that way!!! looks like ed and a couiple of guys mite be passin us though!
not yet. got the motor out and its in memphis right now. should know in a week or so. guessing rod bearing.....
umm dont think we have any plans on changing anything. just fixing what i broke. unless dad hasnt told me something in the past couple of days.
if i had my choice.......lower compression, raise the boost!!!!!!

ed to be honest im not sure? i know its not stock compression but its close. i think i told a couple of people on the board that we did have stock compression but i was wrong. sorry didnt mean to tell anybody incorrect info. maybe 9.5:1??? dont quote me on that though

heres how i see it.
you get it in and drive it.
when its doesnt run the number you arrive in the pits and tell doc he's gotta fix it as you head to the snack bar.
and when they gotta tow it back cuz it wont run, you just flip the keys to em and tell him to call you when its ready as you now get into your daily driver and go out to dinner with the wife or girlfriend.
is that about right?
now thats the way to go racin.

LOL! thats about the way it works! he had the motor out in 1 day and had it in the back of the truck ready to go to memphis when i got home the next day! i didnt have to do a dand thang! LOL

I could never lay my hands on a "blonde" in white dressings, my greasy hands would stain here good hahaha.
The sun is up and the temp is rising snow is melting and a couple of weeks more and Robert will be out, pounding the streets testing the new intake and other stuff.. the hunt for the elusive 8 is on
