QUICK STORMget that o2 sensor hooked up and maybe change the injectors, difference between leaded and unleaded is big.
Six-is-Enough said:I would be more worried about replacing the o2 sensor than the injectors. Leaded fuel will "coat" the sensor making it give inaccurate readings. Several people have ran leaded race fuel at times , with no ill effects to injectors. But I am not an expert with the quality of saudi leaded gas either.
What ever you do you should proceed with caution!!! Be aware that you might have to spend some cash to make that Ty "right".:2cents:
anyone want to bet the stock cluster made its way to the dumpster at the dealership after the swap? Sad thought isn't it......HotRodV6 said:Well, while talking to the current owner today on the phone, he said that befoe he bought it he had taken it to a dealer where they did all the needed conversion steps to make it run fine on unleaded gas once again, this includes the guage cluster swap, and a chip swap and they installed a new O2, but they didnt to anything to the cat or exhasut, and once it go tback here to texas and emmision tested last year it failed becasue of no cat, so they guy put a cat on it and it passed just fine.
So im pretty sure everything has been done that is needed and its ready to go with no problems.
Looks like it lost at least 4000 miles when they swapped clusters :tdown:Jimmy said:27,700 kilometers= 17,211 miles
