You look like you're all of about 14 or so. We all had hair then, didn't we?

I cropped the marlboro ones out for image size.

The full one of Chooey ass-sisting. (big)

I think it was '95... we had a gathering at Dave Kripal's in Gurnee. We went to your place for cake or something.

I've got the original and a few others on my 'syty peeps' picture-collage-thingy. I'll have to look for the tatoo one.

Good Morning All,

Okay were back and having fun.
Dave at Comp Fab did all of the metal work in the bed and left the paint details for Kenny.

2008_11_16_KD_17.jpg

If you can remember most of the bed is Rhino Lined.
To show a contrast Kenny Powder Coated the front Sheet Metal.

All of the Panels have Zeus fasteners so we can get in fairly quick.
The Center panel exposes the Air Ride and Fuel Pressure Regulator, the
Passenger side is for the Battery and the drivers side is for Storage only.

Re: Sonoma GT 0334 - Build Pics

details on the troy/radrides part of the story?

I met Troy, Jack, Dan, Jared, Bob & Dan late in 2004. I stopped by looking for help on the paint scheme on the truck. Troy told me that I needed to talk with Bob Thrash and he would help with. A couple months later Bob Feb 16, 2005 to be exact I was handed the rendering of the truck. All of this time i had been visting Troys shop watching the E-Bay Mustang and Sick Fish get built. I kept looking at those two cars and one day I said to myself heck I can do that.

and well here we are.

On the upside I've become really good friends with the Guy's at Rad Rides and I've meet some really cool people along the way. Looking back it has been some of the coolest times of my life.

Did I mention that I got to meet you.

you and I had met in 2001, it was brief but memorable for sure, bdubb, renz, morgan, nastety92, pete humbalias, and dave were in the stands when the marlboro race happened.. the laughter didn't stop until hours later.

At least I think that is everyone that was there, I met alot of people in 2001, while i had my fair share of attention that nats it wasn't until after that I had arrived and made a name for myself.

I think back then you and I had a discussion on some documentation and what not, my memory isn't great but i always knew you were a nice guy.

As for the rad rides thing, the story is way better than what I had expected.. I was expecting some drama and sob story about getting screwed by a shop with a big name or something along those lines.

Happy to hear syborg is almost complete (even though nothing is ever complete) I'm also happy to see you are planning on a project that I have something in common with. I've been trying to convince my dad to modernize his 71 rs/ss 396 for a long time and it just isn't his style.

If I can give some advice: Split bumper > solid bumper and keep the plastic airdamn on the front of the car (or come up with a modified modern one), oh yeah, keep the front to rear rake too.

05-08-09 Update - WMC Design Hood Pin Washer
Good Morning All,
Continuing with the little detail theme this week.
Once I again we got a hold of Ron Wilson at WMC Design
ron@hoodpins.net
In order to clean up the Core Support Hood Pin Ron & I worked on a core support trim plate.
2009_03_09_HP_Plate_004.jpg

Ron sent me several Solid Works drawings so I could get an Idea of how they would look.

Below is the final Product.
I couldn't be happier.
