Im trying to do a meet in Las Vegas 10/16/09 so far a few are going

Make it more public and if its more than a couple guys getting toghether post that info also.

Is it just a met at track deal, or hotel, etc.

I would be all for a west coast nats, heck I grew up on the west coast. Years ago they had a reno event but since then I don't know of any 2 day events that have happened west of KC.

Three reasons:

1) too far to drive, refuse to show w/o my truck
2) KY, not really a fan.
3) I really have no good reason, wish I coulda gone. Sure seemed like a lot of fun!!

KY will never be the same!

I dont know why everyone knocks kentucky .. Being from florida i had all the imagined stereotypes in my head . Honestly when we got to nats and drove around a little , it felt like we could have been still in north florida .

Either a lot of people never travel much or they just think the place they live is the best even though it's not. I hear Kentucky is actually a very beautiful state. I'd rather be there than in a desert state or one that's packed with a zillion idiots per sq inch.

hate that some peeps sterotype a place before they ever lay eyes on it. I have been to a bunch of states and i gotta tell ya there is bad places and good places in everyone of them.


some people with with their eyes wide shut and are obivious to thier surroundings. Time to take off the rose colored glasses.




Too me the NATS in BG kicked a$$ this past yr. The only thing i had to compare it to was when i went to the kc00 nats. .

Started a new job on July 27th. Been working and working. I was going to go, but I could get the time off because of the new job, plus I have been working in the restaurant on the weekends, and cutting grass. I have been really busy and the truck is in storage.

Hopefully next year I will be able to attend!

Well, I couldn't afford to take the whole family, and the hotel isn't pet friendly. But I did send my son Korey(aka NCTyphoonKid) along with SloGN(Patrick) to the Nats. He has a blast!

Something came up the previous week so I had to be in town that Saturday. Yes, I was really going to go.

My truck always has some sort of issue. I want to make it one of these years.

i rented a car and took my sons. i had alot of fun. maybe i would have had even more fun if i had my truck:rant:but fun never the less.

I wanted to come ... but my truck has been broken from a wreck for the past year now.

Luckily I have all the parts, now I just need to find the time/money to get it fixed before the next NATS ---
