Hmmm, don't know about the size of the pushrod hole on Vortecs, I meant the stock or L35 heads. But, even if the Vortec holes do need enlargement, machine shops only charge $20 or so to do the operation.

FYI, you'll have clearance the stock pushrod hole in the head to run those 1.7s to keep the pushrod from rubbing.

The chip was burned for me with the 1.6 rockers. However, I don't know what the rockers gained for me, because I changed them along with the turbo and chip.
