Re: What Inj.? Has anybody tried the Mototron L107 60s with a syty ecm? They look like they might be a good option due to their increased flow at higher pressures and the fact that they will work with the stock injector drivers.

Re: DataMaster error This probably isn't worth anything to ya, but on my IBM laptop, I have to disable the infrared port and the mouse port to get Datamaster to work. It took me a LONG time to figure that one out.

Re: 12's on $3000.00 BUILD ?'s You can run 12s with the stock turbo. I don't know if you were planning on running alky or not, but with a bigger cam and alky, the stock turbo will go 12s without pushing it too hard. I'm not saying it's a better option than a buying a bigger turbo, but it is...

Re: Dyno numbers I'm going to plan on doing that this winter. Are you using a larger flapper, or is the stock size sufficient with porting and the straight exit path? How much convincing does it take to get a guy to run 27psi with a stock motor? I think I'll try to keep it somewhere south...

Re: Scanning w/ TunerPro RT I just got it to work using the version 1.0 ads (1227749_SyTy_91-93.zip) from the moates.net site. It won't work for me with the newest version 2.1 ads (1227749_SyTy_91-93-2&3bar.zip) from nwstp.com, the packet errors just continue to climb after it says it's connected.

Re: Dyno numbers The dyno guy guessed it would have ~260 at the wheels, so he was fairly surprised. He was even laughing at the size of the stock turbo before the pulls :) 25psi was a bit of an exaggeration. I don't think my ignition will handle 25psi and alky.

Just thought I'd share the dyno numbers I got yesterday with our Ty. These numbers were with ~16psi of boost and spraying a fair amount of meth(heet) on 93 octane gas. I'm also using UR6s gapped at 30 and running ~19 degrees of timing. Here's a link to the graph...
