I am in the process of doing the same thing. All you need is two strong guys. Watchout for that gas cap....it can get snagged.

I demolished mine and dynotech told me they could not rebuild it and it would be like 490$ for a new one. I went to a company that makes bigrig diesel driveshafts to see if they could rebuild it. It cost 185$ and feels great. No vibration.

Yes its a vr. My buddy has a 1.8t with boltons running 14 flat at 100mph.

Na my best was 15.1@ 92mph with a 2.32 60ft. I only have an exhaust for performance mods. Waiting for Matrixengineering to come out with a turbo kit. The rear tires are 255/40's riding on OEM porsche turbo wheels.

I believe he was refering to the engine code. The 1.8t's came in AWD,AWW, and AWP for the golf's and jettas. The passat and audi have the AEB engine code. Forget the :roll:

You are probably better off sticking with the 1.8t if you wanna kill mustanges. The W8 will be a heavy bastard and you will be lucky to get it with the 6spd. Never the less it will be a bad a$$ car.

As the topic says. I saw a syclone sitting at Pier 13 in South NJ the other night. My girlfriend has seen it a bunch of times before, but this was my first time. Are you on this board.

Here is what i did to get to the fuel pump. Very easy. Takes like 20min to get the bed off. You will need a few buddies though....that bed isnt the lightest thing. Good luck with it.

I changed the spark plugs out and i have a question about the old ones. I used the stock CR42TS for the new ones. The old ones dont look like the CR42TS. The top of the electrod (cyclinder part not the very top) looks like a torx driver and they were gapped to .50 ( they were AC delco plugs...

Cool so just reinstall the bed with them there....and dont worry about the other side not having them.

Ok i took the bed off the truck today so i could do my fuel pump. After it was off i noticed some washers on the passanger side of the truck which are not on the drivers side. The washers are in sets of 3. Should these also be on the drivers side or not.
