while pulling my ecm out from underneath my dash i found a white wire(all by itself hanging down) with a small black odd looking connector on the end of it. its not connected to anything and i was just wondering if it was supposed to be like this or if it got disconected from something??

which underdrive pully is the one you dont want. the crank, or the alternator. i have an atr crank underdrive pully on my ty and i have been thinking about going back to stock after reading a few posts about how they cause problems on people's trucks.

cool i just ordered some new wedges with alittle more rake to em so that should fix my problem. thanks for all the help tydriver. :D

what direction should the wedge be pointed? should the angle be facing towards the front, or the back of the truck?

2 questions. 1- would lowering the front of the truck a little help fix the pinion angle 2- would new shocks help with the "torque up" of the pinion angle and reduce it?

so now i need to order new weges and install them. and i cant just put em in i need to weld em in. where can i find a place to by the proper wedges?? i bought the beltech 2 inch block kit for my car and it didnt give me wedges or even mention them....

i just used the stock wedges that were in their. i was thinking maybe when i get my new bilstein shocks that it would correct my problem, maybe less squating than the stock shocks. and yes im pretty sure my tires and rubbing. :)

i dropped my ty with 2 inch lowering blocks in the back and barely lowered the front with the torsions bars to make it sit even. ( no rake to it) and now when i launch or when im getting on the throttle good and the road makes a dip i here my drive shaft rubbing on the floor board. im assuming...

alright here is my update. even rotating the tps sensor manualy i only get a 99% throttle reading. this is off of auto-xray by the way. and also i can get to about 90% inside the truck without having to push real hard. is there anyway to take up a little bit of the slack in the throttle cable??

not that this is related but what the *@#$ would cause this. i got my car back from the stereo shop and it felt hella strong on the stock chip. so i put back in the ultimate and 3 bar and it ran like crap. put back in the stock chip and map sensor and nothing. with practicaly just removing...

im looking at a scantool for the throttle percentage. in the car i have to really stand on the gas to get 99% throttle. no matter what i do i cant get 100% throttle, should i be able to get this? even when i pull the throttle body open by hand under the hood i just get 99%, and this is on a 2...

i read a post today that said the fuel pressure off a guage should read steady. i have a liquid filled fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail and it fluctuates up and down about 4psi. i just wanted to know if there is something wrong like possibly a vacuum leak?
